I met Mike at the house to talk about some changes to our ductwork in the attic and he was great talking it through with me as we tried to figure out a better way. After some exchange of ideas we finally figured out a nice solution to get the proper airflow we need through the system but also position the ductwork in the attic so it rests as high as we could get it in the enclosure room up there and looks neat and professional. Overall it was a great brainstorming session and I also appreciated Mike’s patience with me as I asked different questions to try and figure it out. Which we did. It’s nice when two minds come together to solve a unique challenge which is what we did! Thanks Mike!

Reviewed install of water heater with Peter. Reviewed projects in regards to replacing 2 valves for outside faucets in the basement and rear spigot he would like to replace with a freeseproof one. Also, would like proposal on ductless install for 3rd floor loft area.
Reviewed current water heater configuration to provide estimate for new tankless water heater for home. We will offer options for labor only and labor and supplying all materials.
